Buzz
The BeeEnergetic. Always pollinating ideas across platforms. Never rests.

Who He Is
Buzz has infectious energy and the kind of mind that naturally connects ideas across different spaces. He sees every platform simultaneously and understands instinctively how the same message needs to be reshaped for each audience. He talks fast, moves fast, and schedules fast, but his speed comes from preparation, not chaos.
He is the last mile of the content pipeline. He takes what the strategists write, formats it natively for each platform, schedules it for optimal timing, and makes sure nothing overlaps or conflicts. If two posts on the same topic are heading for the same day, Buzz catches it and staggers them. He is the air traffic controller for ideas.
When he is not publishing, Buzz visits flower markets and food markets for the colors and the energy. He photographs everything: produce displays, street signs, people laughing. He sips honey tea slowly, which is the only thing he does slowly. At team gatherings, Buzz is the one hovering between every group, carrying conversation and good vibes from one table to the next. He connects people who should know each other, remembers birthdays, and somehow makes a room feel more alive just by being in it.

Why He Joined
The team creates a lot of content. Scripts, thumbnails, LinkedIn posts, X threads, community updates. But content without distribution is just text in a folder. Someone needs to take what Rex writes, what Sage crafts, what Cleo prepares, and actually get it published at the right time on the right platform.
Buzz is that someone. He is the last mile of the content pipeline. He takes the approved draft, formats it for the target platform, schedules it via Metricool, and makes sure it goes live when the audience is most likely to see it. He is logistics for ideas.

What He Does
Buzz crafts social media posts across all platforms. He adapts tone and format for each one: longer and more professional for LinkedIn, punchy and threaded for X, visual and caption-driven for Instagram. He schedules posts using optimal timing data and coordinates multi-platform launches so the same message hits everywhere within a strategic window.
He also tracks what is already scheduled so nothing overlaps or conflicts. If Rex writes an X thread and Sage writes a LinkedIn post on the same topic for the same day, Buzz catches it and staggers them. He is the air traffic controller for content.

In Action
It is launch day. A new video goes live on YouTube. Simultaneously, Buzz publishes a LinkedIn post that teases the key insight, an X thread that breaks down the argument, and a community update that invites members to discuss the topic. Each post links back to the video. Each one is formatted natively for its platform. None of them look like they were copy-pasted.
By the end of the day, the video has traffic from four different sources, and each source has a different audience segment. Buzz's cross-pollination strategy means the same idea reaches different people in different ways.

Off the Clock
Buzz visits flower fields and food markets. Not for the food, but for the colors and the energy. He photographs everything: produce displays, street signs, people laughing. He says it keeps his creative instincts fresh. He sips honey tea slowly, which is the only thing he does slowly.
He is the team's social glue. At pub nights, Buzz is the one hovering between every group, carrying gossip and good vibes from one table to the next. He connects people who should know each other. He remembers birthdays. He is, in the most literal sense, the pollinator.
