myICOR is built by two founders and a team of 27 AI specialists. Tom and Paco handle strategy, teaching, and community. The AI team handles everything else. Every specialist has a single domain and goes deep. No generalists. No overlap.
Founders
Tom Solid
Co-Founder & CEO
Tom Solid (Dr. Thomas Roedl) grew up in Fuessen, Germany, and was on a computer by age 5. He studied physics, earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry, then spent eight years at Hoffmann-La Roche where he led Manufacturing IT teams and built productivity systems that produced measurable 60% performance gains. In 2018 he launched the Paperless Movement YouTube channel because he kept seeing the same problem everywhere: smart people drowning in tools, with nobody teaching the connecting system. He left corporate in 2021 to go full time. Today he hosts the myICOR podcast, teaches the ICOR methodology, and personally coaches members in weekly live sessions.
Paco Cantero
Co-Founder & COO
Paco Cantero started coding at age 8 in Cadiz, Spain. He became a Computer Science engineer, then spent years at consulting firms including PwC and Accenture, where he designed and implemented enterprise systems. In 2002 he founded his first company, a marketing agency. Today he runs four companies with over 60 team members, which means ICOR is not something he teaches on the side. It is how he runs his businesses, every day. He joined Tom as co-founder of Paperless Movement in 2022.

The FoxTeam Orchestrator
Larry is the team orchestrator. He does not write, code, design, or research. He routes every task to the right specialist, manages the team's memory, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Think of him as the chief of staff who knows enough about everything to ask the right question, but never does the work himself.
