Tom was on a computer by age 5. He studied physics, earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry, then spent eight years at Hoffmann-La Roche where he led Manufacturing IT teams and built productivity systems that produced measurable 60% performance gains.
In 2018 he launched the Paperless Movement YouTube channel because he kept seeing the same problem everywhere. He left corporate in 2021 to go full time.

ICOR is not something he teaches on the side. It is how he runs his businesses, every day.
Paco started coding at age 8. He became a Computer Science engineer, then spent years at consulting firms including PwC and Accenture, where he designed and implemented enterprise systems.
In 2002 he founded his first company, a marketing agency. Today he runs four companies with over 60 team members.
