"Build systems, not habits."
Design Philosophy
The visual identity of myICOR is built on atmosphere, not aesthetics. The palette, typography, and materials come from a single reference: a private members' club where serious work happens in good company. Warm charcoal walls. Brass light. Aged paper. Every design decision reinforces this feeling.
Crafted, Not Designed
Every surface, every accent, every transition should feel like it was placed by hand. The platform carries the weight and warmth of a space built over decades, not assembled from a template. Materials over pixels. Intention over decoration.
Gold Earns Attention
Color is rationed. The dark foundation stays quiet so that every gold accent lands with purpose. When everything glows, nothing does. Restraint is what makes each highlight feel earned.
The Room, Not the Screen
The interface should feel like entering a private study. Warm charcoal walls, brass light, aged paper. The goal is atmosphere: a place where focused work feels natural, not a dashboard demanding your attention.

Download our logo in various formats. All logos are transparent PNGs optimized for dark backgrounds.
Logo Usage Guidelines
Do
- Use on dark backgrounds for best contrast
- Maintain clear space around the logo
- Use the provided PNG files as-is
Don't
- Alter the colors or proportions
- Place on busy or low-contrast backgrounds
- Add effects like drop shadows or outlines
Gradient System
The brand gradient is reserved for high-emphasis moments. It flows from the secondary green into the dominant gold, tracing the same path your eye takes through the room: from the quiet accent to the warm center of attention.
Brand Gradient
The brand gradient traces a path from the cool secondary green into the dominant gold warmth. It mirrors the experience of the room: your eye enters through the quiet green accent and settles into the gold that defines the space. Used sparingly on promotional surfaces, hero backgrounds, and brand-emphasis borders.
ICOR Quadrant Colors
Each color maps to an ICOR methodology quadrant. Use individually as functional indicators \u2014 never combine 3+ quadrant colors in the same element.
Color Usage Rules
- Gold is the lead. It appears on CTAs, the wordmark, headline emphasis, data callouts, and progress indicators. When in doubt, gold.
- Charcoal covers 85% of every surface. Restraint is non-negotiable. The dark foundation only works when it stays dominant.
- Cream replaces white for all body text. No pure white anywhere in the UI or marketing materials.
- Hunter Green is supporting cast. Links, secondary badges, hover states, knowledge indicators. It adds variety and prevents the palette from feeling monochrome. It never competes with gold for attention.
- The brand gradient (green to gold) is promotional only. Never on standard UI surfaces. Reserve it for hero sections, marketing emphasis, and branded borders.
- IC Gold is exclusively for Inner Circle (premium tier) content. It must never appear on free-tier surfaces.
Color Palette
myICOR's color identity draws from the materials of a private members' club: dark wood, brass fixtures, aged paper, and the green shade of a banker's lamp. The palette is intentionally warm and restrained. Gold (#D4A84A) is the primary brand color, appearing on every surface that demands attention. Cream (#EDDFCF) carries all body text. Hunter Green (#2D8B6A) provides a secondary accent that balances the warmth. The result is a visual language that feels crafted and permanent, never trend-driven.

Typography
Three fonts define the brand voice. Instrument Serif carries editorial warmth, like a leather-bound spine. Geist Mono brings precision, like engraved numerals on brass. Geist is the quiet foundation that lets the content speak.

Short Description
myICOR is the digital productivity platform built on the ICOR® methodology (Input, Control, Output, Refine). A tool-agnostic framework that helps professionals build lasting productivity systems that survive every tool and AI change.
Full Description
myICOR, created by Paperless Movement®, is a productivity platform built on a system-level framework rather than a single tool. The ICOR® methodology (Input, Control, Output, Refine) addresses the gap between accessing digital tools and using them effectively. It provides professionals, teams, and organizations with a future-proof approach to digital productivity across four quadrants: Personal Knowledge (PKM), Personal Action (PPM), Team Knowledge (BKM), and Team Action (BPM). Instead of teaching one app, ICOR teaches the system behind all apps, enabling users to organize any combination of tools, absorb new AI capabilities, and maintain clarity regardless of platform changes. With courses, coaching, community, and a dedicated app, myICOR empowers busy professionals to transform how they manage information and get work done.
