Why We Made This Change

We did not just add a chatbot. We replaced it with something smarter.

Most platforms build a closed AI coach and call it a feature. We tried that. It worked, but it had limits. The AI only knew what we fed it inside a single chat window. So we went further. Jax brings AI directly into the community, where real conversations happen, trained on years of actual coaching material. The MCP server goes the other direction: instead of building another walled garden, it opens your data to the AI you already trust and use every day. The result: you get better answers, in more places, with no lock-in.
