myICOR

Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Effective date: 13 May 2026
Last updated: 13 May 2026
Program operator: Paperless Movement, S.L. (hereinafter, "myICOR", "we", "us"), with registered office at Paperless Movement S.L., C/ Mahón 8, 28290 Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain. NIF ESB72872583.

Plain-English summary (not legally binding): Share your unique myICOR referral link. When someone new uses it and pays for myICOR, you earn USD 20 in cash. Your friend pays the standard price — no friend-side discount, fair pricing for everyone. Payouts are handled by our partner platform, Dub. You must be 18+, the referral must be a brand-new customer, and self-referrals are not allowed. Disputes between you and myICOR are governed by Spanish law.

2. 1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern your participation in the myICOR Referral Program (the "Program"). By checking the "I agree to the Referral Program Terms" box on the Program signup screen, by generating a referral link, or by otherwise participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety and that you enter into a legally binding agreement with myICOR.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not check the box and do not use any referral link issued under the Program.

These Terms are a separate agreement from, and additional to:

  • The myICOR Website Terms of Use and Customer Terms of Service (which apply to your underlying customer relationship with myICOR, if any), and
  • The Dub Platform Terms of Service at https://dub.co/legal/terms and the Dub Privacy Policy at https://dub.co/legal/privacy, which govern your use of the Dub partner dashboard and which you accept directly with Dub when you create a partner account.

You acknowledge that Dub's own Platform Terms include a California governing law and San Francisco arbitration clause that applies between you and Dub (not between you and myICOR). For disputes between you and myICOR, the governing law and venue clause in Section 18 of these Terms applies.

3. 2. Definitions

  • "Affiliate Program" means myICOR's separate, application-based partner program for content creators, with different commission terms (see /affiliate-terms).
  • "Cookie Window" means the 30-day, last-click attribution window during which a click on your Referral Link is eligible to be attributed to a Qualifying Conversion.
  • "Dub" means Dub Technologies, Inc., the third-party partner platform that operates link tracking, attribution, payouts and tax-form collection for the Program.
  • "Holding Period" means the 30-day period after a Qualifying Conversion during which the corresponding Referral Reward is held in a pending state and may be reversed (see Section 8).
  • "Inner Circle" means the one-time myICOR Inner Circle purchase (currently USD 590 promotional / USD 997 standard list price).
  • "Qualifying Conversion" means a new paid signup attributed to your Referral Link inside the Cookie Window that meets the criteria in Section 5.
  • "Referee" means the new prospective customer who clicks your Referral Link and becomes a paying myICOR customer.
  • "Referral Link" means the unique tracked URL issued to you by Dub on behalf of myICOR.
  • "Referral Reward" means the USD 20 cash reward payable to you per Qualifying Conversion.
  • "Referrer", "you", "your" means the natural person who has accepted these Terms and obtained a Referral Link.

4. 3. Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer you must:

  • Be a natural person at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
  • Not be a current employee, contractor, board member, officer or immediate family member of myICOR, Paperless Movement, or any of their controlled affiliates (to prevent conflicts of interest).
  • Create and maintain in good standing a Dub partner account, and accept Dub's own Platform Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Provide and keep accurate the payout details required by Dub (PayPal, ACH, or stablecoin, as available in your jurisdiction).
  • Submit a valid tax form (Form W-9 if you are a U.S. person, or the appropriate Form W-8 series — typically W-8BEN for individuals — if you are a non-U.S. person) through Dub before any payout can be released. myICOR cannot pay out commissions where a valid tax form has not been received by Dub.
  • Not be a resident of a country subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the European Union, Spain, the United States, or the United Nations.

The Program is open to anyone meeting these criteria — there is no application process. myICOR reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any Referrer at its discretion in accordance with Section 16.

3.1 Consumer vs business participation

If you participate in the Program as a consumer (i.e., for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), Spanish consumer-protection rules under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) apply to your relationship with myICOR, and nothing in these Terms shall be read to limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

If you participate as a professional (autónomo, freelancer, company or other business), your relationship with myICOR is a B2B relationship and Spanish business rules apply, including (where applicable) Spanish VAT rules and intra-EU service reporting (Modelo 349 / Modelo 347).

5. 4. How the Program Works

  • Sign up. Accept these Terms via the referral signup modal on the myICOR website. You will be invited to create or link a Dub partner account.
  • Get your link. Dub issues you a unique Referral Link.
  • Share. Share your Referral Link with friends, your audience, or in any other compliant way (see Section 6).
  • Referee clicks. When a person clicks your Referral Link, Dub sets a first-party cookie (dub_id) on their browser. This cookie is valid for 30 days and uses last-click attribution: if the same person later clicks a different valid referral or affiliate link, attribution moves to the most recent click.
  • Referee converts. If the Referee becomes a paying myICOR customer within the Cookie Window — by starting a paid subscription or purchasing Inner Circle — Dub records a conversion event linked to your Referrer ID.
  • Holding Period. The conversion enters a 30-day Holding Period during which the Referee's payment must not be refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed (see Section 8).
  • Payout. After the Holding Period ends and provided a valid tax form is on file, your Referral Reward becomes payable. Dub initiates payout to your chosen method on its standard schedule.

Dub is the single source of truth for attribution and payout. In the event of any discrepancy, the figures recorded in the Dub partner system shall prevail, unless the Referrer demonstrates a manifest error.

6. 5. Qualifying Conversion

A conversion qualifies for a Referral Reward only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Referee is a brand-new myICOR customer — i.e., the email and (where available) payment method have not previously been associated with a paying myICOR account.
  • The Referee clicks your Referral Link and the click is recorded by Dub before any conflicting referral, affiliate or organic-conversion event.
  • The Referee completes a paid transaction with myICOR within the 30-day Cookie Window from the last attributed click. The qualifying paid transactions are: the first paid invoice of a monthly subscription to a myICOR product (the trial conversion, or first non-trial paid period); or a one-time purchase of Inner Circle.
  • Payment is fully captured via myICOR's payment processor (Stripe).
  • The transaction is not refunded, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed during the Holding Period.
  • The Referee is not the same natural person as the Referrer and is not otherwise excluded under Section 9 (Self-Referrals).

Free trials, free plans, downgrades, and partial refunds do not count as Qualifying Conversions unless and until they convert into a captured paid transaction meeting the above criteria.

7. 6. Permitted Promotion

You may share your Referral Link in any honest and lawful manner, including direct messages to friends and family, your social media accounts, your newsletter, your blog, or your podcast.

When you publicly promote myICOR using your Referral Link, you must:

  • Be truthful about myICOR's product and your experience with it.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction. For audiences in the United States, you must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). For audiences in the European Union, you must comply with Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices Directive) as transposed locally — including in Spain under the Ley de Competencia Desleal.
  • Make a clear and conspicuous affiliate/referral disclosure when promoting myICOR for compensation (for example, "I get a small reward if you sign up via this link").

If you intend to promote myICOR systematically as a content creator — including via paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, dedicated landing pages, or email lists — we recommend you apply to the separate myICOR Affiliate Program, which offers higher recurring commissions but imposes additional rules.

8. 7. Rewards

7.1 Referee — no friend-side discount

The Referral Program does not offer a friend-side discount. The Referee pays the standard published price for the plan they choose. This keeps the program simple, fair, and easy to administer.

(myICOR may run general public promotions at its discretion; those are not part of the Referral Program and apply to all customers, referred or not.)

7.2 Referrer reward — USD 20 cash per Qualifying Conversion

For each Qualifying Conversion attributed to your Referral Link, you earn a flat USD 20 Referral Reward, payable after the Holding Period and subject to the rest of these Terms.

The Referral Reward is the same for a monthly-subscription conversion and an Inner Circle conversion. The Referral Reward is one-time per Qualifying Conversion; it is not recurring.

If you wish to earn recurring commissions on monthly subscriptions, please apply to the myICOR Affiliate Program.

7.3 Currency and FX

Rewards are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). If you elect a non-USD payout method via Dub, currency conversion is performed by Dub or its payout processor at the rates and fees in effect at the time of payout. myICOR is not responsible for FX spreads or payout-processor fees applied by Dub.

7.4 No double-dipping with Affiliate Program

You cannot earn both a Referral Reward and an Affiliate Commission on the same conversion. Where the same Referee click is attributable to both a Referrer and an Affiliate, the Dub last-click attribution rule determines which one is credited.

9. 8. Holding Period and Clawbacks

Each Qualifying Conversion enters a 30-day Holding Period starting from the date the Referee's payment is captured by Stripe.

During (and, where applicable, after) the Holding Period, the corresponding Referral Reward may be reversed (clawed back) if any of the following occurs:

  • The Referee is refunded in whole or part by myICOR.
  • The Referee's payment is charged back or successfully disputed.
  • The Referee's account is terminated for fraud, abuse, or breach of the myICOR customer terms.
  • The conversion is later determined to be non-qualifying under Section 5 (for example, the Referee is found to be a returning customer rather than a new customer).
  • The Referrer is found to have breached these Terms (see Section 9).

If a Referral Reward has already been paid out before a clawback event, myICOR (acting through Dub) may offset the amount against future Referral Rewards or invoice you for the unrecovered amount.

10. 9. Self-Referrals and Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of pending rewards, clawback of paid rewards, and/or termination from the Program:

  • Self-referrals. Using your own Referral Link to sign up yourself, your household members, your own businesses, or any account you control or beneficially own.
  • Creating or using multiple identities, fake emails, throwaway payment methods or sham accounts to generate Qualifying Conversions.
  • Cookie stuffing, click fraud, traffic manipulation, bots, or any automated method to inflate clicks or conversions.
  • Bidding on myICOR's trademarks or brand keywords in paid search (including misspellings) — this is an Affiliate-Program rule we also extend to Referrers who run paid traffic.
  • Misleading or deceptive claims about myICOR's product, pricing, refund policy, or affiliation with third parties.
  • Distributing your Referral Link via spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, or any channel that violates applicable anti-spam law (e.g., CAN-SPAM in the U.S., GDPR + LSSI Art. 21 in Spain).
  • Using the Program in any way that violates applicable law, regulation or third-party rights (including intellectual-property rights of myICOR or third parties).

myICOR may investigate suspected violations at any time. Dub's tracking data, payment records, server logs and similar evidence will be relied upon.

11. 10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Any income tax, self-employment tax, social-security contributions, VAT/IVA, or other taxes payable on your Referral Rewards under the law of your country of tax residence.
  • Determining whether you must register as a self-employed person (in Spain: alta de autónomo with the Agencia Tributaria and Seguridad Social) given the volume and frequency of your participation.
  • Providing accurate tax-residency information to Dub via the W-9 or W-8 form. Providing false information may result in payout suspension and reporting to competent authorities.

If you are a Spanish VAT-registered business (sujeto pasivo de IVA), the VAT treatment of your Referral Reward depends on your status:

  • B2B EU intra-Community service from a Spanish company to an EU business: inversión del sujeto pasivo (reverse charge, Art. 84.Uno.2º LIVA). myICOR will issue payment without VAT and you self-account for VAT in your local return; myICOR will declare the operation in Modelo 349.
  • B2B non-EU: out of scope of Spanish VAT under the general rule for services to non-EU businesses, subject to confirmation.
  • Consumer (B2C): VAT treatment depends on facts; please consult a Spanish tax adviser.

myICOR (or its Asesor Fiscal) may issue a self-billed invoice (autofactura) for each payout where required by Spanish law.

12. 11. Dub as Platform Provider

Tracking, attribution, dashboards, tax-form collection and payouts are operated by Dub Technologies, Inc. ("Dub") on myICOR's behalf. By participating in the Program you also enter into a direct contractual relationship with Dub, subject to:

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Dub's Platform Terms include a California governing law and San Francisco arbitration clause that governs your relationship with Dub. That clause does not apply to disputes between you and myICOR.
  • myICOR is not responsible for outages, errors, or data losses in the Dub platform, but will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve them with Dub.
  • Dub may collect and process personal data about you as an independent controller (or joint controller with myICOR for specific operations). See Section 12.

13. 12. Data Processing (GDPR / LOPDGDD)

Your participation in the Program involves processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD).

  • Data controller of Referrer data: myICOR, with the contact details in the header of these Terms.
  • Data sub-processor (or joint processor) for attribution and payouts: Dub.
  • Categories of personal data processed: identification data (name, email), payout data (tax-residency country, tax-form data, payout-method identifiers), traffic data (clicks, conversions, IP address, user-agent), and financial data (rewards earned, paid, clawed back).
  • Legal bases: performance of the Program contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal tax/AML obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interest in fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • International transfers: Dub is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (if Dub is certified) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Retention: for the duration of your Program participation plus the retention period required by Spanish accounting and tax law (currently 6 years under Art. 30 Código de Comercio, longer for certain tax records under LGT).
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, exercisable by writing to legal@myicor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es.

12.1 Cookies

The dub_id first-party cookie placed when a Referee clicks your Referral Link is used for attribution and conversion measurement. Under Article 22 LSSI as interpreted by the AEPD, this cookie is not strictly necessary for the requested service and therefore requires prior consent from the Referee. The myICOR cookie banner is configured to capture that consent.

The full myICOR Privacy Policy is at /privacy and the Cookie Policy is at /privacy#cookies.

14. 13. Intellectual Property

myICOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Referral Link and the myICOR name and logo solely to refer prospective customers in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Register the myICOR name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks or domain names.
  • Modify, frame, or misrepresent myICOR creative materials.
  • Use myICOR marks in any way that suggests an official endorsement or partnership beyond the Program.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by myICOR.

15. 14. Disclaimers

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available". myICOR makes no warranty as to:

  • The volume of Qualifying Conversions you will generate (zero is possible),
  • The continued availability of any specific commission level, product, pricing, or promotion, or
  • The uninterrupted operation of the Dub platform.

Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU) where it applies.

16. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Spanish law:

  • myICOR is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost opportunity arising out of or in connection with the Program.
  • myICOR's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Program is capped at the total amount of Referral Rewards paid (and payable) to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These caps do not apply to liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by myICOR, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Spanish law.

17. 16. Modification and Termination of the Program

myICOR may at any time, with reasonable notice (and immediately where required by law or to address fraud or security risk):

  • Modify these Terms, the reward amounts, the cookie window, the holding period or any other aspect of the Program.
  • Suspend or terminate the Program in whole or in part.
  • Suspend or terminate your individual participation, in particular for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or violation of applicable law.

Reasonable notice will typically be provided via the email address on file with Dub and/or by posting an updated version of these Terms with a new "Last updated" date.

Vested but unpaid Referral Rewards at the time of termination shall, provided they relate to Qualifying Conversions that have cleared their Holding Period and are not subject to clawback under Section 8, remain payable to you in accordance with normal Dub payout schedules. Future, unaccrued or contingent rewards are forfeited on termination.

18. 17. Independent Contractor; No Agency

You participate in the Program as an independent person/business. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and myICOR. You have no authority to bind myICOR or make representations on its behalf beyond truthfully describing the product.

19. 18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

  • If you participate as a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU as provided by Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis) and Spanish consumer-protection rules; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence apply notwithstanding the choice of Spanish law.
  • If you participate as a business, you and myICOR submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

You may also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr if applicable.

20. 19. Miscellaneous

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Failure by myICOR to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. myICOR may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and myICOR with respect to the Program.
  • Language. These Terms are issued in English. A Spanish translation may be made available for information; in case of conflict, [the Spanish version / the English version] prevails.
